‘Black Cat 1993’ by Jane Zeuner | Silkscreen Print

A wonderful stylised portrait of a black cat relaxing amidst flowers and ferns. The colours of this artwork are gloriously rich: the deepest of greens with vibrant highlights of purple, yellow and white. The print is signed, dated and titled in pencil by the artist herself.

This piece was created in the early 1990s and put into careful storage where it remained for more than quarter of a century, waiting for its well-deserved chance to be framed, displayed and appreciated. It has been professionally finished and protected with conservation-grade materials, including a subtle off-white Larson-Juhl mount and under-mount, ready for its new home.
