Delivery is free to UK addresses for orders over £40. For UK orders under £40 there is a flat rate charge of £2.95 for Postage & Packaging.
We might send your order in more than one parcel to ensure that all items can be packaged safely – if we do this, there will of course be no extra charge to you.
We ship all orders by Royal Mail, usually with the First Class ‘Signed For’ service. Please bear in mind when placing your order that a signature may be required on delivery.
Smaller items should be delivered by your regular postie. Larger or heavier items might be delivered by another Royal Mail employee.
We use PayPal to process all payments on Thrilled Kitty. Transactions are handled entirely by PayPal’s secure servers, and we do not ask for or store any of your credit card information or other financial details. You can use your PayPal account or any major credit or debit card for a fast, safe and protected checkout. If using a credit card, the payment will be listed as “PAYPAL *THR KIT ART” on your statement.
We will dispatch your order by First Class post as quickly as we can, but please allow at least 7 days for delivery (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order is a gift for a special occasion and you need it urgently, please send us an email or add a note to your order and we’ll do our best to get it to you in time.
If you need to receive your order on a certain day – to avoid your parcel arriving when you know you will be away, for example – we will do our best to arrange an appropriate delivery date. Please let us know of your requirements as soon as possible, either by adding a note to your order or sending us an email.
Yes. We send most orders through a tracked Royal Mail First Class service (larger and high value orders may ship by Royal Mail Special Delivery). We will email a tracking number to you as soon as we dispatch your order, which will allow you to follow the progress of your parcel on the Royal Mail website.
Sorry, no. To comply with PayPal regulations we ship only to the billing address corresponding to your credit card or PayPal account.
If you experience any problems at all with your order, contact us and we’ll do our very best to resolve things as quickly as possible. Our business address for returns and correspondence can be found on the contact page, too.
Sometimes. We are a British business trading primarily within the UK, but we can make arrangements to ship some items internationally to some European Union countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. We generally do not send higher-value jewellery (for insurance reasons) or large framed pictures (due to the risk of breakage and condensation damage during air transit) outside of the UK.
If you are visiting the site from outside of the UK you won’t be able to calculate shipping through the normal checkout process. Instead, please use the contact form to get in touch with your enquiry and we will be able to offer you a postage quote. Please remember that you may be liable for import taxes that will need to be paid to your national tax authority.
